Week 16 meal plan

This nearly didn’t happen. I have had a horrible week, mentally. Couldn’t get it together at all. I have consistently been writing up the plan on Tuesday or Wednesday, compiling the shopping list and then shopping on Thurday or Friday.

I don’t know whether it was the heat or various stuff going on at home, but I wasn’t able to get my act together this week at all. My meal plan goes from Friday to Thursday. I was able to cobble together things for us to eat on Friday and Saturday (we went out for lunch Saturday) and ended up writing the plan and list on Saturday afternoon, and shopping after the children went to sleep on Saturday night.

Now I am back on track! Was difficult, I am glad I was able to pull it back.

Week 15 meal plan

Have already deviated, as partner wanted to go off plan on Friday night, so I ended up having snacks and a Quest bar, and am now cooking the lemon chicken for our lunch today as I couldn’t be bothered to make the burgers. It will all work out, I have faith haha.

Amazing to think we have made it this far! Have already made a couple of small changes based on the lunch we had on Friday, which ended up being mini meatloaves from the freezer. Didn’t think we would cope with 3 mince burgery things in a row, so moved chevapi to Sunday.

This is the meal plan for week 13, first full week of the new year. It is going to be hatefully hot here on Friday, although better for the rest of the week. Going to try finding decent BBQ sausages – have asked Reddit but no sound advice yet.

This is all a bit of mess due to Christmas, so I have made plans for the next two weeks. I am hoping for most of the away time we will be able to keep reasonably keto or at least very low carb. There is always Maccas.
